3. Products

Canine Complete sells dietary supplements and treats for working, sporting, and active dogs. Our products are sourced from EQUIMAX sro under an authorised distribution agreement and carry EU veterinary approval where stated.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for information purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that product descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you are entitled to a return under our Returns Policy.

All supplements and treats on this website are intended for use in dogs only. They are not intended for human consumption. Dosage and usage information is based on manufacturer guidelines — always consult your veterinarian if your dog has a specific health condition or is taking medication.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (EUR) and include any applicable VAT where stated. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and depend on your chosen delivery method and order total.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Canine Complete is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including if:

• A product is out of stock after your order is placed.

• A pricing error is identified.

• Payment cannot be verified or authorised.

• We are unable to deliver to your address.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — processed securely by Stripe.

• Revolut Pay — where available at checkout.

• Card payment on delivery (Nicosia personal delivery orders only) — via Revolut Reader card terminal.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store card details — all card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Key points:

• We ship to addresses in Cyprus. Greece delivery is available on request.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.

8. Your consumer rights

As a consumer in Cyprus, you are protected by EU consumer rights law, including:

• The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

• The right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if goods are faulty or not as described, for a period of 1year from delivery.

These rights are in addition to and not instead of any other rights you may have. Our Returns and Refund Policy sets out how to exercise these rights in practice.

9. Limitation of liability

Canine Complete is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of earnings, veterinary costs arising from product misuse, or any consequence of failure to follow dosage instructions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s). Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

We do not warrant that our products will achieve any specific outcome for your dog. Supplement results vary between individual animals. All product descriptions represent typical expected effects based on manufacturer information and are not a guarantee of results.

10. Product use and safety

You are responsible for following the dosage and usage instructions provided with each product and on our website. Do not exceed recommended dosages. If your dog has a medical condition, is pregnant, nursing, or is taking medication, consult your veterinarian before using any supplement.

Canine Complete products are authorised for use in dogs only. Keep all products out of reach of children. Store as directed on the packaging.

11. Intellectual property

All content on caninecomplete.eu — including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, and the website design — is the property of Canine Complete or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Product images from Flying Dog EU / EQUIMAX sro are used under our authorised distributor agreement.

12. Website use

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the website.
