Shipping Policy

1. Overview
Canine Complete is based in Nicosia, Cyprus and ships to addresses across Cyprus. Delivery to Greece is available for selected orders — see Section 5. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 on a working day on the same day, and all other orders on the next working day.
2. Delivery options — Cyprus
BoxNow Locker
Timeframe: Next working day
Cost: €4.00 flat rate · FREE on orders over €60
How it works: Customer selects nearest BoxNow locker at checkout. PIN code sent by SMS when parcel is ready. Available 24/7. Parcels held for 48 hours.
Akis Express — Branch pickup
Timeframe: 1–2 working days
Cost: €4 flat rate · FREE on orders over €60
How it works: Parcel dispatched to the Akis Express branch closest to your address. Customer collects at their convenience. SMS notification when ready.
Personal delivery —
Timeframe: Same or next working day
Cost: FREE on orders over €100
How it works: Available for orders over €80 to Nicosia addresses only. Offered at checkout for qualifying Nicosia postcodes. Card payment on delivery available via Revolut Reader.
3. Free shipping thresholds
BoxNow locker delivery is free on all orders of €60 or more.
Akis Express Branch pickup delivery is free on all orders of €60 or more.
Personal delivery is free on all orders of €100 or more.
The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts, before any delivery charge.
If an order falls just below a threshold, adding another product will bring the total over the threshold and qualify for free delivery.
4. Order processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Cypriot public holidays).
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking number where applicable.
During peak periods (particularly before and during hunting season — October to January) dispatch may take up to 2 working days.
5. Delivery to Greece
Canine Complete is in the process of establishing a regular delivery service to Greece. At present, Greece delivery is available on request — please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing an order for Greece delivery so we can confirm availability and shipping costs for your specific address. We aim to have a fully operational Greece delivery option in place in Q4 2026.
6. Delivery address accuracy
Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Canine Complete cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed to the courier.
7. Failed delivery attempts
If a BoxNow locker is full at the time of delivery, BoxNow will automatically redirect the parcel to the nearest available locker and notify you by SMS. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period will be returned to Canine Complete. Re-dispatch of returned parcels may incur an additional delivery charge.
8. Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the parcel fully and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If your tracking information shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 5 working days and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
