Canine Complete is a trading name operated in the Republic of Cyprus. We sell performance supplements and treats for working and sporting dogs, distributed under an authorised agreement with EQUIMAX sro (Flying Dog EU).

For the purposes of GDPR, Canine Complete is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.

5. Who we share your data with
  • Courier services (BoxNow, Akis Express): Your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared to enable delivery of your order.

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment card data under its own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers. Stripe is GDPR compliant.

  • Hostinger: Our website and store platform. Order data is stored on Hostinger's servers. Hostinger is GDPR compliant.

  • Google Analytics: Anonymised website usage data. No personally identifiable information is shared.

  • Hostinger Reach: Our email marketing platform. Your email address is stored for newsletters where you have consented.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with any party outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

6. How long we keep your data

Order and transaction records: 7 years from order date (Cyprus tax law requirement
